AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

All orders will be charged €5.00 Euros ($8.50 AUD) express shipping fee at checkout. Orders placed within Australia will receive their delivery in 7-14 business days as each piece is made to order.

All parcels are delivered using Express Post Australia.

Orders that are Returned To Sender by no fault of Áspero Designs will be issued a refund of the purchase price minus a €5 postage fee. This includes all unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect address, failure to collect parcel from LPO or the shipping address left unattended. Redelivery fee is to be paid by customer.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

By selecting “Authority to Leave or Safe Drop” you hereby authorise to arrange for your parcel to be delivered to and left at your nominated shipping address without requiring you to sign for the delivery. Please note requesting for your parcel to be left in a specific spot upon delivery is a merely a request and not a guarantee if the post man feels it is not safe or shielded by the weather conditions. Áspero Designs will not replace or refund items which you do not receive if delivered without a signature.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

A flat rate of €12.00 Euros (circa $20.50 AUD) international shipping is required for all orders. Cost of shipping is to be paid by customer. Estimated time of delivery is between 10-21 business days in metropolitan areas. All orders are sent using Express Post Australia. Tracking information provided. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Delivery times are based on shipping with the assumption of no delays. Áspero Designs has no control over delays caused by customs clearance.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS RETURNED TO SENDER?

CUSTOM CHARGES

Customers can be charged for buying & importing product into their country. Áspero Designs does not take responsibility for any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these charges. Please note Áspero Designs does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees. If you have any queries regarding tax you may have been charged, please contact Australia Post or your local customs office.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering online, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.

WHAT IF A REFUSE THE CUSTOM CHARGES?

If a customer refuses to pay custom charges a refund of the purchase price will be issued minus a €12 Euros delivery fee once the parcel is received back to our warehouse.

If an order is Returned To Sender and shipping was originally paid for, a refund of the purchase price will be issued minus the shipping cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURNS

Áspero Designs offer a no returns policy as we sell made to order products and provide all specifications regarding materials, measures and sizes of each of the pieces on our website. However, if you feel that the product you have received is faulty or is different from the one you purchased, please send us the details along with images of the evidence to info@asperodesigns.com within 7 days of receiving the item. 

Customers must ensure that all items returned are in the condition in which they were received, unused and inside their original packaging. Please use a secure, insured and tracked delivery service (such as AusPost, UPS, DHL or equivalent), as we cannot accept liability for any items not received. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
